Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of meet_, operated by Haiven Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using meet_, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

meet_ is a scheduling platform that allows you and your AI agents to manage calendar availability and book meetings. The service includes a web dashboard, public booking pages, a REST API, and an MCP server.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Your username and public booking URL are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or revoke any username at our sole discretion, including usernames that are inactive, misleading, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, phishing, or abusive scheduling
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Use the API to scrape availability data for purposes unrelated to scheduling

4. Calendar Access

When you connect your Google Calendar, you grant meet_ permission to read your calendar for availability and write events for confirmed bookings. You can revoke this access at any time from your dashboard or from your Google account settings.

5. API and Agent Usage

API keys authenticate your agents to act on your behalf. You are responsible for the actions of any agent using your API key. Bookings created via the API are treated the same as bookings created via the web interface.

6. Availability and Uptime

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or calendar sync delays.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of meet_ is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your calendar data seriously.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Early Access and Alpha

The service is in early development. Features, pricing, and availability may change materially at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without liability.

10. Promotional Offers

Any promotional offers (including founder access, discounts, or early-bird pricing) are made at our sole discretion and do not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or revoke any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
